WWYD with this collection?

I only have one collection left on my report.  I have PFD this company and lets just say the letter that came back was a big fat no.  It is not a large collection.  It is for $68, but it is due to drop off in March 2010. 

How would you handle this collection?  I don't want to pay it and than it reage itself for 7 more years.  The collection is a medical collection.

Paying it won't re-age the account. 7 yrs is 7 yrs and it will still fall off as scheduled.

If I had a CA like that I'd try the HIPAA process.
