Looking at the Walmart Credit Application Page, and it asks for Home, Work, and Cell Numbers. The only one required, I believe, is the Home Number. I rent, have a cell number only, and do not have a land line. I live in a 4 Unit Brownstone, so I have a street address.
I guess my question is, Does the Walmart computer Match your street Address to the land line number of my Landlord. Hopefully I can avoid getting denied on verification over this. Any advice?

Cell phone will do and as long as address matches CR's that will be enough of the verification process

This. Don't worry about now having a land line.. I don't have a home phone so I always put my cell# when it ask for home.
True. Most people don't have landlines anymore so you should be fine.
