Get those below 50% at a minimum. Get them below 30% and you'll probably see a rather large increase in you scores.For the medical, you should check into it and make sure it isn't something that was paid or should have been paid by your insurance. Get with them and the OC and it might (should) be pretty easy to get that one taken care of and completely deleted. I had a few of those and they were a snap to take care of.
