Website for emailing and finding names of CC CEO's

What is that website? I remember coming across it in a thread, but I can't seem to find it now. It's a website where consumers can enter information about their experiences and outcomes.

how exactly does pfb work?  i went there and i guess did a recon letter, but now i dont know if it was sent, or was i suppose to print it out and send myself.  if it was sent how do i find out the outcome? do they (pfb) send me a ans to the recon or does the company send it out?  also does anybody know the percentage of recon that have had a good outcome from it.  is it better for me to call 4 a recon or hope that pfb is handleing it

PFB simply forwards your request to a companies exec offices. You may or may not get a reply.

I think in order for Execs to reply to our complaints and concerns,it is only wise to use PFB as a last resort. If this is your first attempt at a reconsideration I would go the regular route and see what happens first.

Recently, on a Saturday night at around 11pm, I went to planetfeedback.com to register a complaint with Comcast.  To my surprise, 30 minutes later I got a call from one of their national customer service reps and my problems have been resolved.  Also, included in my complaint was reference to three collection accounts that appear on my CR.  Because I'd been inconvenienced by multiple service issues, they agreed to delete these accounts, no questions asked!
