Weird account status...

On all 3 credit reports I have an old L.S. Ayres account (Macy's) that was never late but i closed it almost 4 years ago and everything was paid in full.  Under the status it says,"Unrated or bankruptcy".  Does anyone have a clue what this means?

Is it reporting as adverse? TU and EX break things down into good and adverse accounts. If you're viewing your reports on MyFico, then it too should in some way indicate it's an adverse account.
