I did a dispute with equifax for a collection account , paid and dated back in 2005. I did a online dispute and results came in on day 29 saying " we will not be able to process this dispute through our online service . Sorry for the inconvenience . I have no idea what to do now, can someone give me some advice. Thanks
Call Equifax dispute and see what they say. That's really the only option as far as I can tell.
