What CRA is used most by lenders and CCs?
I don't really think there is a general rule for this. It depends on where YOU are, where the creditor is and so on. Its often regional it seems EQ east/central-ish, TU mid/central-ish, EX mid/west-ish. But as stated earlier, no real guarantee really as it varies too much based on what you are looking for, from whom and so on. Some companies are known to generally stick with certain CRAs more so than others but I don't think there is a general rule of thumb for which CRA is the most used. BUT, if it was based on the least consumer friendly, I would say Experian
I'm in MO and with the exception of a few creditors(who always pull a set CRA), almost everyone uses EQ.
Target uses TU, which I think is normal for nearly everyone everywhere. This is the only one I can think of off the top of my head.

That makes sense sidewinder, when I was in IN, almost all my stuff was pulled from EQ with exception of a couple TU inquiries and when I was in CA before and now, they mostly pull from EX with occassional TU and EQ (like PenFed did for me).

Now that's interesting. Thanks for adding that.
