Re: What Is Your Favorite Forum At MyFICO And Why?

Favorite libation WHILE foruming, or favorite libation AND forum? Either way, it's be a tall, cool beverage from the Great Lakes Brewery, currently it would be Christmas Ale (which is only seasonal Smiley Sad ) Favorite forums would be Auto, Mortgage, etc. (since a new vehicle is in the near future) and General Credit, mostly for overall knowledge (since I'm not knowledgeable enough to contribute at the moment - I'd rather be learning right now).

Favorite Libations-
Myers's Rum
Rolling Rock/Beck's

Favorite Forums-
Credit Cards
General Credit Issues

edit-
When I first came here I spent a lot of time reading the posts on Understanding Fico Scoring, really helped me out.

Now, I've been most interested in the Mortgage posts as I'm maybe thinking of getting a house sometime in the next year or two.

I'm the same as fused --Trying to Understand FICO Scoring, 'cause I keep trying to figure out the math, and Credit Cards, which at first was like watching Demolition Derby (and sometimes still is.) With both, good cheap pinot noir, but when fused gets going on buckets, Jim Beam is medically indicated. Smiley Very Happy

I also like the two near the bottom, Using myFICO® Products and FICO® Forums Feedback. Using myFICO Products has all the crazed new people trying to figure out why they don't get Score Alerts, and why when they click on the EQ number they get one thing, but another when they click on TU, and why the heck their EX score is 100 points different from the one they got somewhere else. FICO Forums Feedback lets me whine about Firefox issues and insult the mods.

My fav forums are Credit Cards and Loans because that's what I have and I like to learn more about them and help those I can.

We'll leave the task of insulting mods to MV, no one can top his creativity, no one. Well, I try to refrain from boozing up while on the forums but I like to sip on some beer during week nights and maybe some hard stuff on the weekends...a little scotch and if I'm lucky an expensive cognac on occasion.

It's too hard to try to type in the whole timing of CC payments to show under 10% util thing if you're lit! Smiley Very Happy It's bad enough before coffee.

It takes a con to recognize a con  Smiley Very Happy   So I have advantages that most don't have  Smiley Happy
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid
