My only issue with them is that they are very slow in updating. I paid off a bunch of credit cards in January and they still haven't updated on TrueCredit. But, when I had my credit pulled by a mortgage company a couple weeks ago, they were all updated. Today I checked TC and they STILL aren't updated!
I'm curious about this too. I've been waiting for updates on different reports through TC, typically 1 of the 3 will have the update and the other two won't... I assumed it was because the CRA's are slow not TC - have you been updating your TC report daily? I'm kinda tempted to pull one of mine here now and see if it's more up to date than TC is...

Did you by chance click the "Update my credit report" or "Update my score" links that are on the right hand side of the screen? I have always had up-to-date reports, but I have to click the link to update it, otherwise it never does.
