What does this mean on report?

This is on my report:
 
Collection on debt to: Not on Record

The collection agency "162yc00000" was hired to collect a debt of $115 originally owed to "Not on Record" on account number "XXX9641

How do I know who it is and for who it is???? what should I do?

great question..i was going to ask this but i never did..this is what i have on my EQ report that i pulled last week from myfico...
 
"the collection agency "496yc00000" was hired to collect a debt of $96 originally owed to "Not of Record" on account number "xxxxxx13n1."
 
My TU and EX reports actually show the correct name of collection agency.
 
Weird...hopefully somebody can help us here.

You are the second person to post this strange CA. Which CRA is reporting this? Dispute it as not mine with CRA(s)

Really? Just dispute online and specifically say, "not mine" ? or ask who the OC is?

Do you think you have a bona fide debt with a CA named "162yc00000"? Yes, I would dispute it as not mine. Which CRA is reporting this?

 It is listed on Equifax like that but on TU report it shows the name of the OC and CA. what now?

Do both reports have a $115 balance? Who is the OC and CA on your TU report. Also, is this debt reporting on TU yours?

Yes, both have a balance of $115.00. The OC is Marin General Hospital and the CA is Cal Svc Bur.

on my TrueCredit...the Creditor Name for this collection is blank. They got the name correct for TU and EX just like myfico reports..
