2.  total number of bankruptcy trade lines ever is low

Re: What does this mean?

What kind of CC was that??? Seems like even the WORST SUB-PRIME CCCs could care less if you meet thier criteria. If you land in thier web you get a card and all the fees that come with.

Unfortunately we cannot approve your application for credit at this time due to the following reasons:

4. You've been at the same address for toooooooooooooo long.

Re: What does this mean?

I could go all day on this topic... Here are a couple I have actually seen:

- Insufficient evidence to revolve higher balances
- Lack of never delinquent mortgage account
- Number of accounts with zero balance
- Too many closed TLs
- Pyramiding debt
- Excessive Income

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

5. Cardholder consistently refuses to subject self to late and overlimit fees. [OK, maybe that one cuts too close to the truth.]
