Guardian, I still can't find a list, but go to this link and look on the left, click "Consumer Assistance Services", then "Order personal credit report." A box will pop up into which you enter your zip code. If you're lucky, you'll get this message back:

The zip code you entered is managed by Equifax. Please click on the Equifax link below to complete your request. Thank you

Thank you. I did that and it said that I am managed, woohoo. So does that mean I can use the CSC fax number to submit my dispute?

I *think* it means that you're Equifax, not CSC (thank your lucky stars), so you'll need to go through EQ itself for any problems.
