Okay, I heard the GW this GW that,,,,,What is it... how does it work....HELP

Ok, so it is "good will".
That doesn't actually say anything.

Are all of these people sending their creditors brownies and cupcakes? A letter saying "I really like you, and will you do ________ for me?"

Now go back to the stickies at the top of the forum, and look in the "Frequently Requested Threads" post. There's a post of "Goodwill Letter Examples." You should probably read the other Frequently Requested Threads, too.

Thank You. I had read them in the past, but it has been a while... I was on the forums a while back, but haven't been active in more than a year.
