What is RECOVERY1?

I pulled my credit report from my credit monitoring service and found RECOVERY1 under Inquiries. It was dated early last month and under Equifax. Does anyone know what it is? I tried Google, but didn't have much luck.

It's a CA.

Good grief! I have no reason to have a CA inquiry on my CR! I have one CA I'm about to sue and have no other CA issues that I'm aware of. I wonder what's going on?
