What is a good credit monitoring service?

I need a service to help me keep track of my FICO progress. I want to be able to check all three bureaus at least once a month.

The ScoreWatch service monitors FICOs. There are other services like TrueCredit that give you daily pulls of your CR but non-FICO scores.

At this time, there are no services that give you a running, regularly updated look at your CRs AND your FICO scores.

Are you wanting scores or reports?

FICO does offer SW, which tracks EQ scores. FICO also offers TU quarterly monitoring.

TrueCredit allows daily pulls of all 3 reports, it comes with scores--but they are FAKO scores.

ChaseIDProtection offers the same as TrueCredit

There are others out there, but I'm not familiar with them.

Is there any advantage of TC over Chase ID?  I have TC now, but have been considering switching since it's a few bucks cheaper per month.

I have Credit Secure with AmEx, and have not been happy with them at all.  After you log in you see your scale on the right, it has one score, then when you click below it for details, it shows you a totally different score.

Chase will give you 30 days free, so try it and see what you think. Personally, I found that the Chase ID reports were much harder to read than TrueCredit, and there was some information on TrueCredit that was missing from the Chase product. So I canceled Chase before the 30 day trial was over.
