Hi. I just want to know if it makes a difference whether or not you dispute by email or phone? I know there is a time frame in which the CA has to get back to you. Which way are they most likely to delete a file because they haven't received an answer in time?
Unless you are me and they delete all the good stuff right away and write-protect the bad. I choose to dispute by fax or mail now. Too many mistakes by phone and even online disputes. I like to write a letter and be very specific. If you are disputing for delete only, online is pretty good.
