What is the next step after a DV letter?

I've sent out a a DV letter to Midland Credit a while back (certified with return receipt) but haven't got anything back from the CA. After 30 days, if they still don't respond, what do I need to do next?

Hve you gotten the green card back? they have 30 days to respond from date of receipt (others say pounce on day 31 I prefer to allow time for mailing and pounce on day 35).

Are they reporting?

Yes I got the green card back and they are reporting... So if they don't respond with anything, how do I go about disputing with the CRAs?

im in the same situation.   the only difference is they did delete from ex, but not from tu. i dont understand that. not to mention just like you they never answered my dv neither. gl and keep me post on your outcome

Hi, I just disputed Midland with the credit bureaus.  EQ verified, and TU deleted.. I am planning to DV Equifax..

I believe that you do not DV a CRA, only the collection agency.  The pros will tell you what to do next
