1) Beacon 5.0 for EQ, Fair Isaac Risk Model v08 for EX, and FICO Risk Score Classic 98 (aka Empirica 98) for TU.
2) Not sure. It's been a long while since I've toured Mortgage Loans. As of a year or so ago they were using the same EQ as on here, Fair Isaac Risk Model v2 (1998 version) for EX, and FICO Risk Score Classic 04 for TU.
