What should I expect?

I have a cc with a limit of $10,000.  I had a balance of $8600 last month.  However, I have paid it down to $3700.  What kind of increase if any should I expect on my FICO if nothing else has changed?

It depends on what your overall UTI was and is now, not just this individual UTI.  As far as this card, the 86% to 37% is significant so you will see something.
