What should my next step be?

Happy Tuesday to all...  Hey guys I need some advice as to what to do. I had an collection deleted from my EQ CR in dec.-07.

It was reinserted in Feb.-08 with out my notice and I didn't recieve anything within the 5 business days.

I called the CA and found out that they are the original reporters since dec.-06, so with that being said there shouldn't have been a re-insert with out my knowledge.... She also told me that they don't delete all they can do is report as pay in full or settlement accepted

So what should I do now?

A CA  is never the OC!    IF you received a letter from the CRA  stating that they deleted it  then there is a letter that can be send to the CRA......A CA can report a paid/settlement   up till the original DOFD  not 7 years from the pay date.

Thanks Happy Days, I didn't actually recieve a letter from the CRA, I recieved the notice from myfico via email stating that my score decrease 28pts due to this collection.

It was deleted in DEC. and they reinserted in Feb without notice.
