Re: What to do when CA does not validate

I have not forgotten you. I am looking for the right info. to give you.  I don't think the MOV  is correct  I want to be sure.    The MOV is usuallu used when you file a dispute & it was verified....this is a little different.

Re: What to do when CA does not validate

Go to www.ftc.com   fila an online complaint about the CRA and the CA.  Follow up with another letter mailed CMRRR  stating everything. Copy everything that you sent to the CA and the CRA along with the answer from the CRA.

It is my understanding that the FTC acts faster on complaints about a CRA.

Good luck

Re: What to do when CA does not validate

I just finished filing another complaint with the state AG and FTC. This time I included a little more information, such as the account numbers which were obviously reversed. When asked what I wanted from the company I said total deletions from all CRAs and $2500 for their violations.

Keep us posted. I am going through the exact same thing but I am just starting with my MOV letter then I will be doing the rest. It's not as easy as I thought it would be but I would like to know what your outcome was/is.
