What to do with collection accounts 2003-2005?

How should I work my collection accounts from 2003-2005? I have 4 of them with balances and want to try to do what is best without re-aging them?
 
Should I continue with PFD letters or other?
 
I would like to try to do everything possible to clear these before the end of the year.
 
I would appreciate any advice that you can provide as I do not want to cause negative impact to my FICO scores.

bump 2 coll around 100 ea in 2005 they are being difficult. gla coll.
