I don't know what my score was a year ago. When I first started myfico my scores were around 570's. My most recent scores are in my siggy. About a 60 point jump since November.

8 months ago I was 533. I am now 652! It only keeps getting better and better!

A year ago I had a wake up call on my credit. I was trying to buy a house and thought that my credit was good, boy was I wrong! In December 2006 I found out my score was 540, and now after year and a few months it is up to 729 Thanks to you guys with some great advice and good bit of hard work I can now enter the housing market with a bit more confidence. Thanks!

I am new to the site. I was wondering what is the best way to improve your score.

I don't have any credit cards. I have collections from years past.  I have a foreclosure from last year and a bankruptcy from 2006. Should I try to do PFD and GW for old collections ?  I would like to buy a house within a year and I know I have a lot of work to do. My EQ was 566 in Februray 08.

I have just joined myfico and almost cryed when I saw the damage. I have a foreclosure on my credit and this is killing me. Any suggestions??
