I was about to post the same question. I can't stand the Equifax 3 in 1 report. It's hard to read and the info doesn't match up. For I stnce is shows my wife's ex score as 702 but experian shows it as 728.
Why are the scores different and where can we get try scores?
Equifax does not give a true FICO score. I would suggest Credit Check Total from Experian.
CCT (credit check total) will give you your Experian Fico 8 score daily, along with your Experian full report daily. They also give you a monthly view of all three reports and Fico 8 scores.
It's $30ish per month, but if you get the free trial (7 days for $1) and then cancel, they'll give an opportunity to keep the subscription at half price.
The only advantage MyFico has, as far as I'm concerned, is that it tracks all three scores throughout the month but more importantly, it gives you access to all variations of your Fico scores, including mortgage scores, once every three months. And even though MyFico does track all three scores throughout the month, it's horrible at keeping them updated. My Experian score, for example, is 30 points higher than MyFico shows, and it's been that way for over a week now. I have to wait for a balance change on a report (along with MyFico pulling the report to begin with) to see the change.
Once I get my mortgage, I will probably drop MyFico and only use CCT.

+1
I'm a fan of CCT, after letting go of myfico for not only price, but faster updating in my opinion.

So are these the true scores from each?
If by "true" scores you mean Fico, yes.
$1 at Credit Check Total gets you your 3 FICO 08's (and reports) not once, but twice (7-10 days apart).
The more that is advertised and the more that people take advantage of it, the sooner it will probably end.
