What would a Charged Off Dish Network acct be considered?

I am trying to figure out what the SOL are.

Would it be a written contract?

I called Dish last night and they transfered me to the fraud dept.

I informed them that a Collection Agency (AFNI) is stating that I owe Dish Network for 180.00.

The guy checked all my info and said they have no record of me ever having an acct.

I really dont remember but it is very possible that i did have an acct.

Most utilities fall under open contracts.

Hi, No I haven't DV'd yet.

I disputed on all 3 CR's but they came back as verified.
