No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
You have plenty of credit cards when it comes to FICO scoring. In other words, getting more credit cards will do nothing for your scores.
You should however investigate getting a 4 or 5 year $500 share secured loan from either Alliant Federal Credit Union or SDFCU (State Department Federal Credit Union). It would boost your scores a bit and you would look much better on a manual review by having installment loan history on your reports.
You can open a savings account at Alliant or SDFCU and app for and get a share secured loan all without any hard pulls. I have a 4 year loan with Alliant and a 2 year loan with SDFCU. Interest on these loans is only 2.7%.
Thanks Jami123. I appreaciate your suggestions as well. I am I currently investigating loans as well as suggested earlier. At my CU today I found out that PLOC is 15.95% and Shared Secured loans begin at 5.99%... I did not apply because of others mentioned on here. I will defiitely check out Alliant or SDFCU 2.7% seem like a much better deal if I cant get it and I like the no HP. Thanks again!
