When corrections are made, do the CRAs send out updates to who recently viewed the report?

That's pretty much the question. I got a denial letter and realized that it might be because some old tax liens were still showing unpaid. I got them released right away (they'd been paid, but the court doesn't release them until the creditor turns in the release letters and pays for the service.)

Then I disputed the items so the CRAs would update.

Do they have to send an update to the company that recently received my report?

Only if you ask - hard inquiries only - CRAs have done so about 7-8 time each in the last 3 months - every time they also send me a hard copy and tell me "this is what we sent to who has inquired in the last two years".

No. You'd have to reapply or ask for a recon via a phone call or letter.
