Where does IRS pull from for Account Registration?

I'm beating my head against the wall trying to register for an online account with the IRS to see what my current tax balance is.  I get all the way through the process, verify email, enter correct address, but then it wants an account number for a credit card, mortgage, or auto loan.  I tried the account number for my oldest credit card and a 2-year old auto-loan, both with and without leading zeroes on the latter.  Rejected.  Then I realized I had my Experian file frozen so I unfroze it and tried again.  I did a temp unfreeze starting date that day and ending the following day.  It still rejected me.  I checked MyExperian and I can't see a place I can view soft pulls.

Anyone know where IRS gets their data for account number verification for online account registration?
