Where should I start?

Thanks so much for the information, Happy Days!  Just a couple of questions regarding your last reply- would you recommend disputing online or mail? Regular mail or CMRRR?  Where can I find the addresses?  Also, what is MOV?  I looked on the list but can't seem to find it.  I'm still too new to figure it out for myself.

I filed online. There are pros & cons about pulling free CR or paying for each. I have done both.

Free CR    30 -45 days to complete (you give them an extra 15 days to check all your disputes).

Paying...usually 30 days.

If you pull CR online be sure and copy all 3 reports!  this gives you a hard copy KEEP all of them always!

On each report is a #   when filing a dispute or checking a dispute you need that #   its called a file#  or confirmation #  or something

If you mail disputes   CMRRR!!!!!  

The address for each will be on each report. OR just ask in here we all have them.
