Which creditors use Bankcard score 8

So I'm trying to figure out which creditors might use Bankcard score 8 either for a new card or CLI.  I searched the forum on this topic and the latest threads on this specific topic was a few years old.  

I can't really really on my Bankcard 9 scores except for on Equifax..... because the difference between 8 and 9 on TU is 80 points and Experian 50 points.
