Hey all,

I am still confused about this issue.

I have a Judgement on a A/C system that never worked and prevented the Furnace from working also.

This stemmed back to 1999.

Baltimore Gas and Electric would not take back out or fix, long story short I lost.

BUT the Court Judgement is on CR as Judgement date of 02/2002 but the first late pay was 2000.

Should this come off now because the first late was 2000 and not the Judgement date of 2002?

7 years from the date it was filed, if not renewed.

It is paid.

Was not sure if this was paid or unpaid, so I was covering all the possibilities. 

For the reporting of a civil or small claims judgement like this, no date matters except the filing date.  Dispute it if it is reporting incorrectly though.
