CCT is owned by Experian. This is what I did... I did the 7 week trial, called in on the day that I signed up and wanted to cancel because it was "too expensive." Then the retention rep offered $9.95 for 6 months and told me to call in 6 months again to keep it at that price.

30 minutes, really?  wow!  i only had that problem once, & it actually turned out to be that my wireless connection had dropped........how dumb of me!
