Who is behind all this?

Keep getting magazines in the mail from the following companies:

Carolwright Gifts

Dr. Leonards

and finally, Montgomery Ward (didn't even know they existsted anymore), and a few other companies.

I'm wondering who is the parent company that puts these out?

They are worse than fingerhut, not only are they over priced ($500 for a generic 32" TV), they don't report to credit.

They also don't hard pull, I did order something once because it was on clearence, but they stink because they don't report.

I'm trying to find the parrent company so I can ask them to stop sending me stuff.

All the magazines have the similar order form, and the "Your pre-approved to shop now and pay later, up to $400).

One of the catalogs I ordered out of, said I was pre-approved for 400 dollars, but when I ordered something, said it was only $50.

Farm and Fleet $3,000 (AU) Paypal Extras MC $1,500
Barclay's Apple Visa $1,200 QVC Qcard $800
Amazon Store Card $600 Discover $500
Walmart MC $400 Victoria's Secret $350
Credit One $300 Fingerhut $200

Re: Who is behind all this?

Virtually every one of us is on "some" lists. It's a fact of life now. I toss out similar junk mail daily. None of the companies sending me this stuff will ever get my business. I know this is a little bit off-topic, but I've had an Amex Platinum card for years, and Amex still sends me offers for a Platinum card. It just makes me SMH!

Technically the current Montgomery Ward is not the same company as the original Montgomery Ward founded in 1872 by Aaron Montgomery Ward which went defunct in 2000.

Some mail-order company purchased the intellectual property of the old Montgomery Ward during the liquidation process in 2004 and started marketing under the brand.
