Who/what to PFD first???

I do not have to money to pay everyone that I would like to send a PFD letter to, so I am trying to decide to whom to send letters.  I have some CA that should drop off my CR later this year, early next year.  I have some other CAs that will not drop off until 2011 and 2012.  It is not that I don't want to pay everyone, I just don't have the money to pay everyone.  I am not going for a quick fix on my scores and I am not looking at making any big purchases that will require credit.  I am just trying to repair my CRs and improve my scores for when I may need credit.  So, who should I send the PFDs to first?

1. Don't touch anything out of SOL unless you have the money to pay. You can check SOL here-

2. Work on newest collections first(if past SOL).........as the older ones will be falling off soon.

3. When you have enough to pay off the one you'd like to deal with......DV them first. If they validate, then offer PFD.

4. Deal with one at a time.
