The site is www.privacymatters.com. I signed up for the 1 week trial and went to cancel before the end of 7 days and was offered the whole year for 1 month of service for just $29.95. I thought National City was cheap at $9 per month. This is really cheap. They seem to be another reseller of TC. 
When you enter in your ID number and choose billing information you have the option to cancel. If you cancel it offers you a reason to stay! They kept me as a customer. $29.95 divided by 12 months is $2.50. TC was $15 a month. That's $12.50 less per month. But you have to pay the $29.95 all at once to get the year special. This deal was so great!
