Why Did Open Accounts Get Removed from My TU Credit Report?

This morning I logged into CreditKarma and saw under the TU section, removed accounts; Amex Opened 8/2003, BP Visa Opened 5/2015, Banana Republic Opened 11/2013 all removed. These accounts are still open, I pulled a new FICO TU report and I lost 20 points and the accounts are gone from TU report. will these reappear or will I have to call lenders up and deal with it?

My first guess is a split file situation.

I need to check my alerts again, as I got one that a USAA account had been removed, but I was assuming it was an older one (that is not so old it should be gone).

There are a number of possibilities.  You'd need to investigate to determine the cause.  Pull reports directly from the CRA to determine if it's an issue specific to CK.  If the reports are identical then contact TU.
