No you can't rely on just 1 but that would be nice! Congrats on the EQ increase.
As far as EX and TU are you using everything available to you? MOV'ing verified disputes... DVing...PFDing etc? Takes persistance and patience. Seems like maybe you just had an exceptionally easy time with EQ and expected it to be easy all across the board. Funny the way the agencies can be so different on the same issue.
