Why did my Credit Score drop to zero?

I checked both Credit Karma and my Credit Union for my credit score within the past couple of weeks and noticed that my credit score dropped to zero.  What could have caused this to happen?

A freeze or fraud alert would do this.

I beleive you mean that you could not obtain a score?

Chances are it's just a glitch in their system.  I've personally never ran a score that came back with a 0.  Even someone with no credit has a score, albeit a low one.

No, you have to have credit to have a FICO score.  A FAKO you may still get.

I had no fako score on Credit.com or Credit Sesame for two months following my BK discharge, but I did have ficos.

Because you had credit.

If all the accounts you had were disputed or not 6 months old, there would be no score.
