Will Disconnecting Experian Boost Help My Credit Score?

I tried Experian Boost, but it didn't help my credit score at all. So I let my bank account disconnect from Boost.

Now my bank account shows up as a New / Recent account as of today!

I pushed the Disconnect button on Experian, so wil this disappear as a new account?

Well, I already got a text and an email that my bank account for Experian Boost has been removed, so that answers that question!

I'm not a fan of anyone especially a CRA watching any bank account. Not worth it. The TV commercials look enticing. You made the right choice. IMO.

Agreed!

When I signed up for Boost, my EX scores never rose to the levels of TU and EQ.

After a year, I disconnected, and voila - my scores jumped up 15 points.

Wish I would have known that Boost should be called "Bust"
