Will these letters work? Help please.

As stated in another post, this is the second letter I will be sending to CA. Is this sufficient?

To Whom It May Concern:

On Jan.18 2008 your company received my letter requesting validation of a debt you claim I owe. In accordance with Sec.809 FDCPA, you are required to either validate this debt or cease all collection efforts, including the deletion of all credit bureau reporting. Continued reporting to the credit bureaus constitutes a violation of the FDCPA.

You will find enclosed a copy of the original letter dated January 15, 2008, along with of a copy                               of your signed receipt of the letter.

Then the letter for the CRA is as follows:

On January 18, 2008 Nationwide Credit received my dispute of Acct.# XXXXXXX which they claim I owe to Alltell. They have not validated their claim in accordance with Sec.809 FDCPA.

Enclosed you will find a copy of the original letter dated January 15, 2008, along with a signed receipt of delivery for this letter and a copy of the current follow up letter.

                     Please delete this disputed account.

Once again please let me know if these are sufficient.

             Thank you very much, Whataboutbob

If the CA has not responded within their 30 day period... copy all your information/CA letter/photocopy of CMRRR and CMRR and/or fax all this information over to each CRA.
