Woohoo! Update on IC System

I emailed the CEO and he responded back a couple days later, and forwarded my request to someone else.  She just emailed me that they will notify the CRA to remove the account.  She said she is also mailing me a letter and provided me a phone number the CRA's can call to verify.

I sent my e-mail off to Mr. Rapp the other day.  He just cc'd me on an e-mail where he forwarded it to Carol Labs to "look into this matter".  Hopefully, they will take pity on me too!  Getting this off of my report would be a big step towards my goal!!!

They are deleting from all 3 bureaus!!  The e-mail worked - and they responded with lightning fast speed.
