Ha, LexisNexis in Texas I like that. Hmm, maybe I should see about having it removed.
Does address info ever fall off reports? Don't seem like it. My childhood home is on their, haven't lived there in 15 years, that one surprised me.
I still have one listed from 1983.
If its old I cant see it being any issue except when doing the security check for your report they may ask if youve lived on that address, if you dont remember it youll fail the security question.
Theyve done it to me too, I had an address in a different state. A car loan listed that I never took out, I also had a background check showing on my report (right around the time they caught the guy). Those were some murderer in another state with almost an identical name to me except his last name was Swaggerty mine doesnt have 2 Gs. They may of just looked for your name and sent it to someone with the same name.

Is this something worth having removed. If not can it ever become an issue.
AFAIK no impact on your scores. However, that information can be used to verify your identity. If you don't remove it then you'll need to understand that as far as hte CRA is concerned it's a valid address for you. Make sure you recognize the address if you don't dispute it and it comes up in a verification question. I'd suggest having it removed. Why do you want to leave invalid information in your report? It's not difficult to dispute.
