Wrong name showing up in some strange places

Hi all

I have what I think is a strange issue....on those "people search sites" I'm not showing up, but someone with a different first name and same last name as mine is.  In my husband's and son's case, it says that "m* w*" is a relative, with my age and address.

I just pulled my annual credit reports for me (with my real name) and everything came back clean.  Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be overly concerned.  My daugters name doesn't show up either. 

I think they just get your name and stuff from public records like utilities and things like that.  I could be wrong.  But, I would perfer not to show up.

But, she does have a CR which is all hers.
