Have an update.
Originally I said my total credit lines was $13,700. I was recenlty approved for Amex BCE (10k) and Penfed PCR (3k). So it brings my total credit lines to $26,700 now.
However, I'm thinking of closing my Citi Forward (4k) which has been opened for 6yrs. Although with my recent approvals, it makes my total of new lines opened this year to 4 and I'm afraid of what it'll do to my AAOA which sits at about 5yrs and will lessen further once the Amex and Penfed hit my reports . Citi can't PC the Forward and won't give me a CLI because I have the "max" limit for the Forward. So the Forward seems to be "dead" to me and I just have it open because of its age right now :/

Now at $123,850 -> waiting on my US Bank card to arrive to find out the CL
SP CLI's are permitted, even encouraged, in the Garden.
Did come out of the garden to apply as well...umm, im sure i posted it..
Anyways did get approved for the NFCU $15k CLOC, so now im at $138,850...not counting my US Bank card, which i'm still waiting for to see the CL.

That card will remain in your CRs for 10 years. Your AAOA will be fine

That's good to know. Think I'm going to close the Forward next month then. Used up my points that I had to buy something on Amazon lol So once I pay it off I'm done. Plus, Discover just gave me another CLI of $1.5k today. Hit that luv button lol
Started the month of August with $7,250 of total credit lines. Discover has given me a total of $2,950 CLI since then. Added 3 new cards, one in September and two this past week, which added $18,0000. Sitting at $28,200 now. But once I close my Forward, it'll be $24,200. Still a big increase for me in just two months.
That's a good plan. I will be closing some next year since all my cards are at $0 balance finally.
151k took 2 years....in the garden a very long time now from now on.
Update: $145,500
