As far as I know, null is zero, when it can be evaluated as a number. The null set is more abstract, as is the null hypothesis. I would say it's used to represent 'nothing', which is not always a number. Maybe we could say a Chex score of '9999' is a null score.
I saw property tax and insurance data on my LexisNexis but only see my mortgage on my credit report. My hoa fees did not show anywhere. I cannot say if rent reports on credit reports unless you do not pay as agreed (bad renters don't get off scot free). LexisNexis May report rent.
