I have an AFNI sprint account for $3527 on my credit that does not belong to me. I have disputed this account twice since 3/2007. on my report the status is "not reported" and the date it was closed is 4/01/2007. how can i get this removed? or what should be my next action since disputing did nothing.
Haven't done either. Which one should I do first. I've seen the examples of both but need advice on which route to take. Also who should I address, Afni or sprint?

It looks to me as a CA reporting a CO for sprint. the CA is AFNI and you say that it isn't yours.....correct?
Have you filed a police report? is sprint reporting also?
Since you have disputed with the CRAs send the CRAs an MOV CMRRR
NO I DIDN'T FILE A POLICE REPORT. BY THE TIME I CHECKED MY CREDIT TWO YEARS HAD PAST. BUT WHEN I SPOKE TO SPRINT NONE OF THE INFO THEY HAD BELONGED TO ME EXCEPT FOR THE SOCIAL. SO I WILL TAKE YOUR ADVICE AND SEND LETTERS TO BOTH THE CRA AND THE CA AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE RESPONSE.
