accounts included in BK showing with balances

I filed for BK in 2003. I have a couple of accounts that were included that are showing up with balances on my reports. Do I dispute to the OC or the CRA?

same thing happened to me ( have a 2004 ch 7)  I sent all 3 collection reporting agencies a copy of my credit report with the copies of my BK records showing these debts included in BK and sent the discharge paper.

All 3 CRA's immediately updated my record and my FICO score went up considerably from around 480 to 585 (b/c some were reporting as "late"!!!)

Well when my BK was discharged i call the collection agency,and i told them the new status of my BK,and it did not took them so long to update my cr with 0 balance .
