Wouldn't your online banking do this for you?  I also know that some of the CMS's do this - I think Suze Orman's package here at MYFICO does.

I use PageOnce on my iPhone, iPad, and PC. I really like that app. They had more companies that I use than Quicken did. And the fact that it syncs with all my devices sold me on it. Plus, it's free.

why dont you set up payment and balance alerts in your credit card accounts. You can choose when to alert before the billing date, In my case atleast before 3 days.

No problem. I just upgraded the full version today. Being able to update all accounts with one click is nice. Even if you don't do that, they update automatically around midnight, or you can refresh each one individually.

I use Outlook, and it synchs right into my balckberry. You can also use Yahoo calandar.

I second Outlook. You can create reoccuring reminders for all your bills. If you use gmail, use Google Calendar and set up email remiders several days before.

I think the idea I was getting at was not so much as to re-occurring payments that I can schedule myself through gmail calendar etc..

I was really interested into having the ability of some tool auto-login and check if anything charged to my card and let me know the payment's due, I've got some charges that hit once a year in different months and charges that hit occasionally which are not consistent etc.

It's good to have a tool that reports these details like pageonce, thanks for that
