Hello

If I pay the OC who is not listed on my CR and they cash the check can I dispute the CA that is listed?  Do they have to delete if they were not the ones who received payment?

Also, just want to be sure.  I am in Fl and have a medical collection from 2/2003.  This should be past SOL right?

yes it is past SOL!  when paying a CA  they can report *paid* 

As to paying the OC and the CA reporting paid    this is just my opinion     The law states that everything on your CR must be 100% accurate!!!

If you paid the OC then is the reporting by the CA accurate?  IMO it isn't because you didn't pay them             but I could be wrong.
