can someone help me quickly please

I have a timeshare that has gone to final judgment and the sale is tomorrow. I just received some money to pay off the fees. I can pay the collection agency today by credit card but i want to make sure the foreclosure or final judgment is not on my credit report or will be removed once it is paid. Please someone tell me what must i do to make sure this does not go on my credit report.

Get a letter by e-mail or fax saying that once you pay it they will remove or not report to credit companies.

It is called a pay for deletion letter.

they are stating that they are not reporting it, it is the county of broward that is reporting it and that once the judgement has been satisfied, the credit agencies will then delete off of my report, is this true?

You should check to see if its on your reports, you don't sound too sure.

If it is reporting PFD.

If it is not reporting you should do something similar to a PFD. Get a letter from the company stating that if you pay the debt they will not report the collection to an of the 3 CB's.

I would be a little scared to give my CC number to a collection agency--they do not play fair.

Better get it in writing from whomever is reporting though to protect yourself.

No, the judgement will not be removed on its own (by CRA or Broward County) once paid... it will just show as 'satisfied'.

they are saying, since it is public record, that the credit reporting agencies takes notice of it and then put it on my report. They are saying once the judgment is satisfied, the credit reporting agencies will delete it from my report. Is this true?

Removing a judgement in Maryland is NOT true.

My CA NCO just told me becasue it is a Judgement they cannot remove.
